In the event of new scientific discoveries or breakthroughs that materially affect the technology or services provided under this Agreement, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party. The parties shall discuss the implications of the new discovery or breakthrough and determine if any amendments to the Agreement are necessary.
Other events clause for unforeseen trade union activities
This variation applies when unexpected trade union activities affect the agreement’s performance.
If trade union activities, such as strikes, protests, or collective bargaining disruptions, materially affect the ability of either party to perform under this Agreement, the affected party shall notify the other party immediately. The parties will meet to discuss how to address the disruption and may agree on necessary amendments to the Agreement.
